Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) before using the Website and placing orders.
By using the Website https://imbaskins-market.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), creating an account, or placing an Order, you are agreeing to these Terms.
1. Definitions
- “Company” / “We” / “Us” means LLP “DIGITEX”.
- “Customer” / “You” means any person who uses the Website and/or purchases digital products through the Website.
- “Digital Items” means virtual in-game items (for example: skins, stickers, gloves and similar virtual assets) offered on the Website.
- “Order” means a request to purchase Digital Items through the Website.
References to laws refer to the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the Russian Federation, unless otherwise specified.
2. Scope of Services
The Website provides a technical platform for the purchase of digital goods.
Digital goods are intangible and are provided exclusively in electronic form. The Website does not sell physical goods, including weapons.
The Company is not affiliated with game publishers, platforms, or copyright holders. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
3. Eligibility and Account
- You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal capacity in your jurisdiction) to place an order, or use the Website with the consent of a legal representative where permitted by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
4. Orders and Pricing
- All prices on the Website are indicated in Russian rubles (RUB).
- By placing an Order, you confirm that you are familiar with the product specifications, price, and terms of delivery.
- In accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia and the laws of the Russian Federation, the Order is not considered finalized until payment is made, unless otherwise specified.
- The Company has the right to refuse to fulfill or cancel an Order if there are reasonable suspicions of fraud, abuse, or violation of the Terms.
- In the event of a technical error in the price, the Company has the right to cancel the Order and refund the payment.
5. Payment
Payment is made through payment service providers. We do not store your full card details. Payment processing is performed using secure methods and may require additional authentication (e.g., 3-D Secure), depending on your bank.
6. Delivery of Digital Items
- The transfer of digital goods is carried out electronically (to an account, inventory, or in another way specified when placing an Order).
- The delivery time may depend on technical factors and the rules of third-party platforms.
- The Company’s obligation is considered fulfilled once access to the digital goods is provided.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the provided data. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect data, the Order may be considered fulfilled to the extent permitted by law.
7. Cancellations and Refunds
Refunds are governed by our Payment and Refund Policy published on the Website. In general, because Digital Items are digital products, refunds may be limited once delivery is completed, except where required by applicable law or where delivery failed due to our fault.
8. Prohibited Use
The User undertakes not to:
- use the Website in violation of the law;
- circumvent security measures or access restrictions;
- use automated scripts, bots, or other means of interference;
- commit fraudulent actions, including unauthorized refunds;
- use someone else’s or stolen payment means;
- infringe intellectual property rights.
