This personal data processing policy is drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006. No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”, as well as with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia “On the Protection of Personal Data” dated 09.11.2018, and defines the procedure for processing, systematization and use of personal data and measures to ensure the security of personal data received by LLC “DIGITEX” from customers using the Website to receive services. The policy is an integral part of the public offer.
1. Personal Data Operator
Personal data processing is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Serbia, including the Law of the Republic of Serbia on Personal Data Protection, and, where applicable, in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006, on Personal Data, and other regulatory legal acts.
2. Applicable Law
We process personal data in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia, including the Law of the Republic of Serbia “On Personal Data and Their Protection”, and other applicable regulations.
3. Personal Data We Collect
We may collect the following categories of personal data:
- Account data: username, email address (if provided), and other information you submit when creating an account.
- Order and transaction data: order details, purchase history, transaction identifiers, and customer support correspondence.

We do not store full payment card details. Card data is processed by payment service providers.

In cases where the legislation of the Russian Federation applies, cross-border transfer is carried out on the basis of legal grounds and after compliance with the requirements for the localization of personal data.
7. Storage of personal data
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, fulfill contractual obligations, resolve disputes, and comply with legal requirements.
Once the purposes of processing are achieved or no longer necessary, personal data must be deleted or anonymized, unless otherwise required by law.
8. Rights of the personal data subject
The User has the right (within the limits set by applicable law):
- to receive information about the processing of his personal data and to access it;
- to request clarification, blocking, or destruction of personal data;
- to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data;
- to object to the processing of personal data in cases provided for by law;
- to exercise other rights provided for by law.
Requests can be sent through the “Contacts” section on the Website or via the specified contact details. Responses are provided within the timeframe specified by applicable laws.
9. Security Measures
The Company takes the necessary legal, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal actions.
Despite the measures taken, no method of data transmission over the Internet or method of data storage can guarantee absolute security.
10. Features of processing personal data of users from the Russian Federation
In the event that the user is a citizen of the Russian Federation or provides personal data in the territory of the Russian Federation, the Company ensures the processing of such data in accordance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In particular, in cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation, the collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (update, change), and extraction of personal data are carried out using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation (localization requirement).
The cross-border transfer of such personal data is allowed only after their initial processing in the Russian Federation and in the presence of other legal grounds.
