This Payment and Refund Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) governs the payment procedure and refund terms for purchases made on the website https://imbaskins-market.ru/ (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and is an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

1. Payment Methods

Payments on the Website are made using bank cards of the MIR, Visa, and Mastercard payment systems.To make a payment, you may be redirected to a secure payment provider page. Payments are processed in accordance with security requirements, including the PCI DSS standard (if applicable).

We do not store the full bank card number, CVV/CVC code, or other sensitive payment information.
For security purposes, the issuing bank may require additional authentication (such as 3-D Secure).

2. Prices and currency of payment

All prices on the Website are indicated in Russian rubles (RUB).

Funds are deducted in rubles.

3. Terms of refund

  • a description of the reason for your request

The Company may request additional information to process your request.

5. Refund Method and Timing

Approved refunds are made to the same Visa, Mastercard, and MIR card that was used (if possible). The processing time for refunds depends on the payment system and your bank and may take several business days.

6. Chargebacks and abuses

If a chargeback is initiated without first contacting customer support and providing the Company with the opportunity to resolve the dispute, the Company has the right:

  • suspend or restrict access to a user’s account;
  • limit the possibility of making further purchases.

Such measures are applied within the limits and in accordance with the current legislation.

In case of detection of signs of fraud, the information can be transferred to the authorized bodies.

7. Updates to This Policy

This Policy may be changed or terminated by the Owner Company and/or the Website Administration unilaterally, without prior notice to the User, and without any compensation being paid in this regard.
